Double Feature

Yesterday afternoon, Nick and I decided to go to the movies. We saw Hot Tub Time Machine, which was a thoroughly entertaining, if not high concept movie (sarcasm). Gotta love some good mindless entertainment every once in awhile.

We were leaving the movie theater when I got a text from Alice seeing if we wanted to do something. She and her husband wanted to see Clash of the Titans, and seeing as we were already at the movie theater, we said we'd go with them. Which then led to dinner out and then some Wii at our house.

We are normally major planners, so this spontaneity was way out of character for us. I love that what started out as one movie ended up being 2 (adding up to about 6+ hours out of the house), plus dinner, plus some good quality Wii playing. And obviously, we're glad to spend any and all time we can with Alice & her husband before they move. Definitely not a bad Saturday.
